How to Create Mailing Lists in Express Manager - Unishippers

Creating labels for multiple shipments at the same time doesn’t have to be a headache! From sending customer appreciation gifts to the mass shipping of documents, creating custom mailing lists in Express Manager can save you time. Create a mailing list within Express Manager with up to 150 addresses and prepare all 150 labels in the amount of time that it would normally take you to prepare one. Follow the step-by-step guide below to set up a mailing list and get started!

Step 1: Go to Manage Mailing List

Log in to Express Manager. Go to “My Settings” and select “Mailing Lists” from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Add a New Mailing List

On the Manage Mailing List page, select the “Add” button near the bottom of the page to add a new mailing list.

Step 3: Name Your Mailing List

On the Add Mailing List page, enter in the name, description and other mailing list options that will apply to your mailing list.

Step 4: Add Addresses to Your Mailing List

Next, click on the “Addresses” tab and select addresses from your address book that you want to include in your Mailing List. Addresses from your address book appear on the left, and any addresses that you select to be included in your Mailing List will appear on the right.  When you are done making your selections, hit the “Add” button at the bottom of the screen. All done! Now your Mailing List will be stored and readily available whenever you need it.

Step 5: Access Your Mailing List When Preparing a UPS Shipment

Now, when you need to create multiple UPS shipping labels for a large group, you can simply select your pre-made Mailing List. Just check the “Mail List” box in the Receiver section when preparing a UPS shipment to pull up your mailing list(s).

After checking the Mailing List box, click on the search icon to pull up all the Mailing Lists you have created and make your selection.

Once you’ve made your selection, click the “Select Mail List” option at the bottom of the Mail List Lookup window. Now, all the address in your mailing list will auto-populate in the Receiver section and you can continue entering the rest of the details of your shipment and create your labels (up to 150 at a time).

If you ever need to add to or edit those Mailing Lists, simply repeat the process and store the saved updates.
