We have just the opportunity for you! Unishippers CHDN is seeking a part-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves making cold calls and setting appointments for the sales team. The inside sales representative is responsible for outbound B2B prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling meetings between our prospective clients and sales team. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day.

Responsibilities: – Develop new business via the telephone and mass communications to introduce Unishippers solutions and identify decision-makers within specific target markets; Proactively contact B2B prospects
– Conduct a needs analysis to identify prospect’s pain points and determine how Unishippers solutions will speak to those needs
– Build and cultivate prospect relationships in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
– Enter and update lead data into our CRM database
– Collaborate with sales on new and projective lead pipeline activity weekly
– Conduct investigative research on target companies and different verticals
– Deliver daily and weekly reports on call activity, lead, and opportunity generation
– Appropriately communicate brand identity
– Overcome objections of prospective customers
– Attend periodic sales training where applicable
Qualifications: – 1 year of lead generation, sales prospecting, or sales experienced preferred
– Track record of over-achieving quota
– Experience with following a script when making calls
– Must have exceptional phone communication skills, with thick skin
– working with a sense of urgency
– Task-oriented, taking great notes and efficiently entering data into our CRM database
– Initiative, organization, team skills, and a desire to learn
– Quiet and safe home office with internet
– Reliable internet and working computer
– Appropriately communicate brand identity
– Previous work at home experience or call center experience (desired but not required)
– Ability to work independently
– High level of integrity and work ethic
– Must live within 25 miles of Chicago, IL
– Strong computer skills
– Bachelor’s Degree (REQUIRED)
