Franchise Satisfaction Survey from Franchise Business Review
For anyone researching a franchise, Franchise Business Review (FBR) understands how important it is to get feedback from current franchise owners. To expedite this process, FBR invited all Unishippers franchisees to participate in an independent franchisee satisfaction survey. 110 franchise owners elected to participate (approximately 67%) in the survey in which FBR asked 40 critical questions about their franchise business.
