In a recent independent study, DHL earned an impressive reliability rating on its 10:30 am service. In fact, the study revealed DHL performed as well, and in some cases, better than UPS or FedEx. DHL was ranked first, in a statistical tie with UPS, when it came to 10:30 am on time delivery. Both were reported at 91%. FedEx came in third, delivering their 10:30 am packages on time 88% of the time. Geographically, DHL was the most reliable when delivering to the Northeast and Midwest. They came in a close second when delivering to the West.
