DHL International Express Waybill Instructions
1. From (Shipper)
Enter your DHL account number. If you don’t have one, call your local Unishippers office. For Shipper's Reference, enter your own reference/billing code, up to 20 characters. List your company name, shipper's name and address. Include a phone, fax or telex number.
2. To (Recipient)
List the company, name of recipient, department and complete address. DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers. In some countries that only have P.O. Box addresses, DHL can deliver but must have a phone or fax number. For DHL WorldMail shipments, list the recipient as "DHL WorldMail."

List the number of pieces in your shipment and its weight in pounds. If the DHL Express Document envelope is used (30 or less pages or 8 oz. or less), enter "ED." If not using DHL packaging, list the package dimensions, rounding each dimension up to the nearest inch
5. Shipper’s Authorization and Signature
Sign and date the air waybill.
